FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Stall Holders

CAN I ONLY SELL CLOTHING FOR WOMEN?

No, you can sell womens, mens, kids and babies. Clothing, shoes & accessories are acceptable. Please do not bring furniture or electrical items to sell.

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE?

We can't guarantee how much money you will make or how much you will sell. Sometimes a stall holder will sell all of their items, other times some stall holders don't. We have had positive feedback from most stall holders who have sold their wardrobe.

HOW SHOULD I SET UP MY STALL?

Have everything clearly priced & have clear signs. A great idea is to have each area priced the same - 'everything on this rack $10' or 'everything in this basket $5'.
More expensive items you should label clearly with RRP + sale price with a tag (cut a cereal or pasta box into squares for price tags to recycle). Have your bank details written clearly on a sign if you welcome bank transfer or your paypal email.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT ANYMORE?

Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. However, you can move your stall spot to another date with availability if you notify us within 7 days of your booked market. If you cancel within 7 days before a market, our suggestion is that you try to sell on your stall holder ticket personally.

I HAVE MY OWN DESIGNS/STORE/BRAND... CAN I ADD THESE TO MY STALL?

You are welcome to include a few items that you have created and add your business card, but please be mindful that the ethos of our market is about recycling pre-loved fashion. Our insurance ONLY covers second hand clothing.

HOW SHOULD I PRICE MY ITEMS?

It is completely up to you, and how much you want to sell and get rid of things. We recommend the 'cheaper' brands ie: Kmart, Ally, Supre, Cotton On, H&M etc keep under $5, or $10 if BNWT.
Higher cost items ie: Country Rd, Seed, Dissh, etc between $15-$30, $50-$70 if BNWT Designer: Spell, Mister Zimmi, Zulu & Zephyr etc between $80-$120, $140+ if BNWT

These are all just guides based off prices we have seen things sell for at previous markets. There is no cap pricing on anything, you are welcome to sell your clothes for as little or a much as you want.
